A former trauma survivor turned self-reparenting coach, on a mission to help women heal from childhood trauma and rediscover their authentic selves.
I lost my mother to cancer when I was just 10, lived far from my father, and navigated life on my own from a young age. These experiences, combined with toxic relationships, left me questioning my worth and struggling with deep insecurities.
I began my own healing journey from childhood trauma, trying various methods to heal. But for years, it felt like something was missing. Therapy didn’t always make me feel empowered or truly connected to myself. It wasn’t until I became a therapist and counselor, working with refugees and trauma survivors, that I started to see the deeper truth: I realised that women, in particular, needed more than just therapy!
They needed a sense of belonging to help them break free from their past and step into a confident, empowered future. That’s when I made the shift to coaching, offering programs that go beyond therapy to help women heal, grow, and thrive.
In 2020, I transitioned to remote personalized coaching and focused my energy on helping women build confidence, self-love, and emotional maturity. I understand the struggles of feeling lost, isolated, or unsure about how to move forward, and I know that true healing comes from feel fully supported, validated, and heard.

You’ll learn how to reparent yourself by showing up for the different parts of you that feel hurt, insecure, or afraid. This involves creating a safe inner world where you can regulate your emotions, validate your feelings, and nurture yourself the way you always deserved. -
Building a Safe Outer World
Healing doesn’t stop on the inside. We’ll work on creating a safe environment around you by learning how to set boundaries, step out of toxic relationships or environments, and cultivate spaces that align with your values and support your growth. -
Inner Regulation and Validation
I’ll guide you through practical tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions, quiet your inner critic, and trust your inner voice. These skills will help you respond to life with clarity, calm, and confidence.
